Super Breakfast is hitting its favorite spot after
a huge break!!! We’re breaking out all of the old ‘classics’ as well as some newly arranged choons.
Here’s what you’re listening to:
Super Breakfast is a jazz fusion nonet with a focus on groove oriented music, composition
and arranging. The band excels in the styles of fusion, funk, dance, R&B, and hip hop. The band started as a tribute to the Brecker Brothers in December of 2017. Since then, the band has expanded to include original material written by members of the band,
as well as arranged repertoire from the libraries of EMEFE, Bill Laurence, Radiohead, Hans Zimmer, Knower, and many others. (couple K-Pop toons)

The music we’ll be playing will be different every show. I’ve written a large amount of through-composed pieces for this project. The vision behind this is to continuously play with the form of these individual pieces, and the piece as a whole. One show will not cover all of the written material. My hope is to share a feeling that ties all of this music together with all of you that come out to hear this. I look forward to playing the music with these phenomenal musicians for you all. <3

Performing alongside Anthony D’Alessandro, Connor Walsh, and Jacob Gorzhaltsan, Kalya Ramu will be singing 1930s & 40s classics as well as her original jazz tunes. Join us for a vintage valentine’s evening.

New Music by Noah, followed by a performance of Brahms’ Horn Trio

2nd set: Emma Wallace (piano), Charlotte Alexander (horn), and Aaron Cheung (violin) play Brahms’ Horn Trio
